Enehano has closed the startup chapter and grown into a trusted and stable partner with more than 90 delivered projects, 100 million in turnover and a six-year history. Last year was a confirmation of belonging to the top in the digital transformation of companies in the Czech Republic. Where are the steps of the largest Salesforce partner in CEE now heading and how does CEO Jiří Mach assess 2022?

Looking back on last year, I can’t help but mention gambling database the teambuilding in Hawaii. How do you feel about it in retrospect?
With time, it still leaves a lot of traces in me. It was a great experience and I don’t think I’ll ever experience anything better. Of course, I was worried at the beginning. After all, there were 53 individuals who were in close contact for several days. But the atmosphere was fantastic. New ties were established, we managed to connect departments more, and after Covid, it was an impulse for people to start coming to the office more and meeting in person again. We closed an important chapter of Enehan. It was the icing on the cake in five years, when we built a strong and trustworthy implementation and consulting partner from a startup.

Your words are confirmed by the defense of the leadership of the Salesforce partner in the CEE region. What are the evaluation criteria and how did you achieve this?
Salesforce has very strict conditions for partners and has a sophisticated partner program, which takes into account several metrics, such as: number of certifications, employees, expertise or customer references and number of licenses sold. In terms of the volume of licenses sold, we managed to succeed even among competitors in Poland or Hungary. Our goal is to become the largest Salesforce partner in all the mentioned metrics.
But that’s not the only goal Enehano has in mind for the image file size is one of the leading causes of slow page speed coming years. In the next five years, it aims for 500 million in turnover, 250 consultants and several branches across Europe.

Implementing CSR into company processes and supporting these thailand data activities were among the main goals of last year. How would you assess the incorporation of CSR into the company’s DNA?
In the past, we contributed rather haphazardly and only took a strategic approach to CSR from January 2022, when we committed to devoting 1% of our turnover to socially responsible activities every year. I assess the performance very positively, but of course we are learning how to understand this activity comprehensively and how to simply do it correctly. We are at the beginning of the whole process, but I already have a good feeling about it and positive feedback from those around me.
What organizations and activities will Enehano support?
Every Enehaňák has the opportunity to influence where the contribution will go. For me personally, education is very important, so we invest some of the money in this direction. Other directions emerged from company-wide feedback, thanks to which we defined three pillars – environmental, social and economic.
